The Afro-Asian Peoples Solidarity Organization (AAPSO) expresses its support for the Xiamen Declaration issued by the 9th Brix Summit held in the Chinese city of Qwanzwa Which affirmed its condemnation of all terrorist attacks around the world and terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, as well as stressed the need to hold accountable those responsible for committing, organizing or supporting terrorist acts and strengthening international cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
With regard to the economy, the leaders expressed their commitment to an open global economy that gives all nations and peoples the opportunity to participate in the benefits of globalization.
AAPSO also supports the Summit's demand that all countries of the world implement the Paris Climate Accord in full because of its serious importance and thus enhance international cooperation on climate change and energy and expand funding for environmentally friendly projects.
